SECTION 1 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY OF SHELLICONE
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to products purchased through our website. Our aim is to deliver our products in perfect condition to our valued customers. This shipping policy doesn’t constitute or confer any legal right between our e-commerce store and any customer. We reserve the right to change this shipping policy anytime without any notification. Please note that the orders will be delivered to the delivery address that you provided on the checkout page, so it is important that you pay special attention when completing the delivery address data. We will not be held liable if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
SECTION 2 - COVERAGE OF SHIPPING AREAS
Through the website of Shellicone, we deliver all over the United States. Orders will be shipped as soon as the order is processed and payments have been verified.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING RATES AND CARRIERS
We use the logistic services of the United States Postal Services (USPS). The shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout page based on the method of shipping option. Express shipping services carry more charges than standard shipping. We offer free shipping on all orders above $200 if the standard shipping option has been chosen by the buyer.
SECTION 4 - SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME AND TRACKING
We will provide the tracking numbers, between 1 - 2 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to your registered email address. This notification will have a tracking number through which you will be able to track your order. The processing time for order delivery may vary depending on the location.
SECTION 5 - POSSIBLE DELAYS IN THE SHIPPING PROCESS
Deliveries that are delayed due to weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, application of security regulations imposed by a government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, acts or omissions of customs officials, the authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in the ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our or shipping careers control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or any circumstances beyond shipper’s control will not be granted any shipping (full or partial) refunds.
In addition, we rely on third-party service providers including to deliver the orders, so delays on their end also delay the shipping time since we have limited control over delivery times. Couriers, postal services and delivery drivers are not hired by us and all of these are third-party postal, courier services and delivery couriers, therefore they are not in our control. Henceforth, we will not be responsible for any delays caused by any third-party services.
