Refund policy
SECTION 1 - APPLICABILITY
All buyers and customers of Shellicone products have the option to return the item for a refund at their own discretion. We believe in the principle ‘that the customer is always right and we have written this Return and Refund Policy keeping the needs, choices, and rights of the customers. This Policy is directed toward all the buyers and customers who are going to purchase the products from our marketplace. As part of our commitment to you, all the products which have been bought through Shellicone’s website are eligible for return under certain conditions. In case you have received a damaged product you may return it as well. Please make sure that you understand our return and Refund Policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
SECTION 2 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product you received is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SECTION 3 - TIME LIMIT
Purchases made on our website may be returned for a refund or exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we will be unable to offer you any refund or exchanges. No further days will be awarded to anyone for any reason for the purpose of the return.
SECTION 4 - CONDITIONS OF RETURN
In order for us to proceed in giving you a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Please email us at meow@shellicone.com to initiate the return procedure.
- The item must have been bought through our website. We might require the order number as proof.
- The item must be complete with all accessories, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. In any case, we have the right to refuse the return if the item is found to be tampered with.
- You must send the item to the address provided by us.
- After receiving the item, we will perform a thorough check to make sure that the item is in perfect and original condition. If the item is found to be changed, opened, or used without its accessories, we will ship it back to the customer at their expense.
- Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches the original sender. Please, therefore, ensure that you send your item back to the seller using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.
- Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs and handling charges associated with shipping items.
SECTION 5 - AFTER RECEIVING AND VERIFYING THE PRODUCT
Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your request for a refund or exchange has been approved. There might be a restocking and handling fee imposed on all returned orders.
SECTION 6 - REFUND PROCESS
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
